Partner FAQ

Are you a licensed travel operator in China?

Yes. IntoChinaTrip is operated by a licensed China travel agency. Travel Agency License: L-SH-100820.

Where is IntoChinaTrip based, and which cities can you support?

IntoChinaTrip is based in Shanghai. For major cities across China, we work with long-term professional local teams who provide ground services, guiding, and destination support.

Will you contact or market directly to our clients?

No. We respect the partner’s client relationship. Unless required for trip delivery, we do not bypass partners to sell or market directly to their guests.

Can you work white-label or under our brand?

This can be discussed depending on the cooperation model. We can support as your China-side product and operations team, but brand visibility, communication boundaries, and client touchpoints should be agreed in advance.

How transparent are your quotations?

We aim to make inclusions, exclusions, and conditional costs clear. For complex tailor-made trips, some items may need to be reconfirmed based on date, group size, season, or supplier availability.

How fast can you reply to an enquiry?

For standard requests, we aim to provide an initial response within a reasonable timeframe. Complex routes, special-access experiences, and peak-season requests may require feasibility checks first.

What happens if weather, traffic, closures, or guest needs change during the trip?

We assess feasibility before the trip and help coordinate practical adjustments during travel. In China, real-time communication and workable alternatives are often part of good ground operation.

Do you follow a sustainable travel approach?

Yes. Sustainability is part of how we choose routes, suppliers, and experiences. We prefer travel that respects local communities, supports real local businesses, avoids rushed checklist-style consumption, and gives guests time to understand the places they visit.

Can local suppliers introduce themselves?

Yes. Guides, experience hosts, restaurants, workshops, homestays, outdoor operators, and other local suppliers can email us. Please include your location, experience details, why it suits international guests, and contact information.
