📋 1. Booking & Confirmation
- All tours are private and customized
- Booking confirmed only after written confirmation from us
- 10% deposit required within 7 days of confirmation
- Balance due 30 days before departure
- Full payment required if booked within 30 days

🗺️ 4. Itinerary Changes
- Custom tours are flexible — request changes before or during the trip
- We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or factors beyond our control
- If an attraction is closed, we arrange a suitable alternative
⚠️ 5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is NOT included in our tour prices. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Our tours are covered by Travel Agency Liability Insurance (Chinese law requirement).
🌊 6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control:
- Natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics
- Government actions, travel restrictions, visa denials
- Strikes, civil unrest, transportation disruptions
🛂 7. Passport & Visa
- Valid passport (6+ months beyond travel dates)
- Required visas are your responsibility
- We can provide invitation letters upon request
🏥 8. Health & Safety
Please inform us of: medical conditions, dietary requirements, physical limitations.
Activities may involve: uneven terrain, steep steps, high altitude. Assess your fitness level.
⚖️ 9. Liability
IntoChinaTrip acts as intermediary between you and local providers (hotels, transport, attractions). We select partners carefully but are not liable for their failures.
Total liability ≤ amount you paid for the tour.

- Guide photos: For personal memories, no permission needed
- Marketing use: Requires your explicit consent
